Refund and Return Policy

 

Thank you for choosing to shop with my small business. I am committed to providing custom specialty items designed to suit your preferences. Kindly review the refund and return policy in full.

All sales are final due to the personalized nature of custom tumblers and products. Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted once items have been tailored to your specifications. Most tumblers are produced offline; please ensure that your glitter preference is matched appropriately to your chosen wrap. Kindly provide an active email address so that I may contact you regarding your preferences. If a response is not received within 2 days, production will proceed according to the specifications provided.

If your product is delivered in a damaged condition, please initiate a claim directly with the USPS mail carrier. All shipments include insurance, and USPS is responsible for reimbursing any damage sustained during transit.

 To file a claim, please visit http://www.usps.com/help/claims.html and follow the provided instructions. It is important to keep all packaging and damaged products until your claim has been processed.

Please note: Once you receive your custom tumbler, I cannot offer replacements or refunds for any damage that occurs after delivery. Each product is unique, wraps are rarely reordered, and availability varies.

If you receive an incorrect order, please notify me at rebmig@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. I am committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

For items that are not custom-made—such as colored lids and wraps—you may return them within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and a 50% restocking fee will apply.
